Building installation Report on 12unit

We have a 12 unit apartment complex under contract. During the building inspection we have found a lot of issues with the building. The original construction is 1965 so many issues fall under normal wear and tear. Overall the complex is in C minus condition with a lot of differed maintenance. Prior to inspection we negotiated a new roof. Seller will claim roof on insurance so he has little out of pocket cost.

During the inspection it was noted that none of the kitchens or baths have GFCIs. Back in 1965 these did not exist and the building has not been brought up to current code. My question is should I go back to the seller and ask that this issue be corrected? I’m curios to hear what others have done in this situation.
