Hey guys I’m looking to connect and learn from people who invested into multi family units in the Midwest, specifically Montana. I’m looking into some multi family units in Billings and the numbers look great but I’m looking to follow in the footsteps of fellow investors and reinvent their ways as well.

I’m looking to see whether or not it’s worth it to do private lending on my first deal and sort of Brrrr my first property and refinance out.
