@Ashton Levarek Thanks for posting this! I’m looking at options 1 and 3 right now. As a newbie who wants to get their hands dirty and add value, what tasks can an inexperienced person do as a co-sponsor or GP in their first few deals with a larger company?

Hi @Nick Sheveland, are you talking about the Gateway to Multifamily program? I’m a bit wary of courses these days but I’m glad you’re liking it. Maybe we can chat to see if it’s right for me!

Hello everyone, I’ve been interested in owning apartment communities for quite some time and would like to work with a more experienced partner in the future. But, for now, I’d like to educate myself as much as possible. I’m 22, pursuing an engineering degree in Colorado Springs but have grown up in Atlanta, GA.

In your opinion, what are the best books, tools, calculators, podcasts, etc. to get started?

My goal is to land my first syndication deal with a mentor in the next 12 months. Anything helps!

Read a lot about wholesaling and I’d like to start!
