I’m just at the beginning and was wondering if anyone would be able to point me in the right direction to resource material that goes in depth on Apartment financing. Material that highlights everything you need to know, different strategies, creative ways to structure it and how it affects the deal.

Thank you for your feedback.

That's great. I found What Every Real Estate Investor Needs to Know About Cash Flow to be very useful. I'd also strongly suggest networking in your area. Reach out to realtors, bankers, and other investors. Ask them the most creative strategies they've seen - you'll get some wild stories. You'll also make connections for when the time comes for you.
