Loan Sponsors for Canadians Looking to Buy in US?

My first post on BP! My partners and I are based in Toronto, Canada looking for our first multifamily property in the Phoenix and the Dallas markets. We found lenders are looking for a minimum of $1 million loan amount and require non-US citizens to have approximately double the net worth compared to the loan... that's $2 million in net worth amongst the 3 of us!! The loan amount/down payment is not a problem however the net worth requirement will be a challenge. Also the cash reserves amount after closing (20% for non-US citizens). Just wondering if there is any interest out there on coming onboard our GP team as a loan sponsor. We will be raising capital for our first deal. Assistance would be appreciated and let's connect if there's interest!
