Is anyone here investors in the WI market? If so, I would like to hear your thoughts on the county you chose to invest in.

Kenosha, Beloit, Janesville and Green Bay are you're strongest markets right now (arguably).  I am invested in the Janesville market. Kenosha and Beloit are seeing a surge in demand because of ex-patriots from Illinois and businesses trying to get out as well. Janesville is more happening because of internal city politics.  Green Bay is becoming the hub for the North, many college graduates with job offers in Madison or Green Bay are opting for the jobs in Green Bay because livings costs take up less of their pay there.
