Are there wholesalers in mid size multifamily? <5 units

Doing my Sunday review of lead measures and thinking about creative strategies.  There are a few newer strategies I have been using to find MF properties but haven't really come across this one - Wholesalers of Multifamily product.  Are there any wholesalers out there doing this?  Specifically in the 20-80 unit space?

Has anyone ever had success with these types?

It seems like there are fewer 'wholesalers' in this space just due to the lack of inventory compared to single family homes.  Maybe I am just not looking properly though.

Thanks!
