Getting into real estate

Armando Lopez

Hello my name is Armando and I know I want to invest into real estate more specifically multi-family homes. I’m current saving with my wife and have a goal of 20,000$ to reach. I just want to know if there is further steps I can take to prepare to invest. If you can reach out to me I really want to learn everything I can.

Now days @Armando Lopez with COVID-19 its a little Harder to attend meetups.

But you should search Facebook for some Real Estate groups in your area, and get involved. Some groups are national so don't have to be in LA. keep an eye there and here on BP for Meetups so you can attend them when possible. Networking is basically going to meetups and Real Estate events/ seminars and taking to people, making new friend and building relationships.

Please PM me, there is a link to a good video that may be usefully to you. I cant post it here.

As for been licensed, there are 2 camps; 1 say its good Idea and the 2nd doesn't think its matter...One things is for sure its extra education so cant harm.... and you get access to the MLS. , you can search the BP Blog for this topic.

I hope that helps.....
