MultiFamily Investing in St. Louis

After a year of researching cities to purchase in, I'm ready to pull the trigger on a Multi in the city of St. Louis. I see loads of opportunities to implement the BRRR strategy and I'd like to start building my network of contractors and hard money lenders that are already from the area before I make a final decision. I'm also open to any insight or advice my fellow biggerpockets family can offer.
