Looking to connect with a real estate attorney in the Houston area!

@Mark H. Porter I like this. I’ve heard a lots of people use separate checking accounts for each property. But as long as you have a good accountant, I like this structure. Now does this change is you have different property managers for each property?

@Mark H. Porter So you have 1 checking account for all 7 Multifamily properties?

I plan on owning multiple investment rental properties. I know for each you should at least have it’s own operating & reserve account.

However, do you create a bank account that I guess oversees all the specific operating accounts? Like a main business account. How do you guys setup your bank account structure?

Looking to get on good commercial real estate brokers off market email lists. Anyone know good once’s where I can sign up? What are the major broker websites?

REI in the US has become very competitive. Especially with multi family. I am wondering if anyone here has had interest or has invested over seas. Maybe this could be an opportunity and I'd love to connect with you.
