Looking for tips on seller finance, Multifamily Indianapolis area
I’m looking to invest in multifamily’s at a price of around 100k and in no lower then C class neighborhoods. Also any good tips for seller finance deals where I can get the title in my name. I want to own 2 - 5 investment units by the end of the year!
