How do you do businesswise with the slow season of the fall and winter months or have they been slow seasons for you in your experience in short term rental arbitrage?

Bank or Leander would be fine. Any interest rate better than a credit card but to back it I would be a bit limited.

Thank you for the input! The way I plan on setting up my places I think will set me apartment from my competition but I’m sure there will be some learning curves.

Looking to have a discussion with anybody that has had success in the short term rental arbitrage Airbnb business.

I would like to get a business line of credit for the llc I just started! I want to get in the Airbnb space though renting out places. The question is should I make a business plan based off of the real estate strategies I plan to allocate the profits to to get funding?? I know the Airbnb space can seem or risky to an investor!

I’m looking to get in contact with people that are currently on section 8 multi families. How to gauge when you’re looking for a specific price point as far as rental income.

If most banks dislike money that has been borrowed for use of a down payment on a mortgage, why is it that Investors can use hard or private money lender’s or OPM to do deals?
