Hey guys,

What would you say are the best places to invest in Multifamily apartments in the state of Florida? I am based in Jacksonville, Florida and am looking to make my first investment by the end of March 2020 in a property of around 20 units or more.

There’s some great area in Jax! You are very close to some hot markets in Ga as well! I’d take a look at everything within a 1-2 hour window so you can easily access the property. 

I’m in Tampa market and closing on a small multi next week. I have a few off market multis in the pipeline I’ve been working with the owners on for some time. We are joint venturing 8-50 units. I’d love to connect.
