I understand that but when I’m being charged 150$ for each question is that normal?

We have had this Cpa company for 2 years. First year was good and then this year was not so good. They had very little to no communication with us. Anytime we emailed or got them on the phone we were charged an hour for the little time we were on the phone. I don’t mind paying but the tax preparation and other services are a lot of money since we have a lot of moving parts. I am not the only investor who uses them and I am getting very similar feed back from the big change in the service this company has provided. It’s not that I’m being cheap it’s that I feel like the service has gone down and prices gone up. Other investors also noted a significant difference in the returns than last year as well. Could be a coincidence but we are dissatisfied.

Hi guys,

BRadenton/Sarasota I am looking for some cpas who are very knowledgeable about real estate, llcs and personal tax returns.
I have a random questions that I want to make sure I am doing the right things throughout the year in regards to my llcs. My current one is charging every time we talk and it’s not cheap.

Any one you really can trust and is affordable?

Hey I do! I just messaged you. Talk to you soon

@Andrew DeWeerd I’m even seeing the wholesale opportunities here not leaving enough money to barely break even. I do my own lists and skip traces due to this reason. It’s crazy out there.

Not every inch of the area is crime free or thriving. Those areas I do not have any investments in currently but I believe both those areas are OZ’s. Nice incentives to help gentrify the area. I think it will take quite a few years for them to turn around. There’s not really “affordable housing” in manatee and Sarasota county. I don’t see it cleaning up any time soon.
