Seperate LLC for each Property or not needed?
I was advised years ago that each rental property should have its own LLC. Recently I hade a long-time investor tell me that he just has good insurance overage and has one holding company for his properties.
Curious what the BP community thinks on this issue.

@Jeff Quinlan the investor may have one holding company that he uses as the umbrella but still has each property in a different llc under that umbrella. But yes typically you want to have separate llc's for each asset. Good luck
