Multi Family Deal Proposal

So I've found a property I think I've found value in, and I want to start reaching out to investors and lenders to try and raise capital to put this deal together. What is the proper way to write/structure a proposal so give to potential investors or partners so that they can see the value I see?

You need to formulate a business plan, put together a deal deck presentation (power point is good) and have and present sound underwriting that is in line with your strategy. You will also want to be in contact with your securities attorney to put together a PPM and all the entity and legal documents necessary.

Finding a deal is great, but as you can see there is a lot involved, when you are needing to present to investors. If you are asking these questions now, then your chances of doing this on your own are small. I would seek out a mentor or partner with experience, even if that means taking a small ownership in the deal.
