Commercial Laundry Contract for Multi Family
I have just purchased a small apartment and I am considering adding washer and dryers in the some of the units. The properrty came with a contract ....Lease for Space for Laundry. The agreement I am told goes with property, and even though signed by the previous owner it does says binding upon successors etc.
