What are some of the top syndication companies that have over 14-15 years experience doing equity syndication deals for their partners? I am looking ONLY for people with experience through the last housing crisis. Those great syndicators who know how to conservatively underwrite and create great opportunity for their partners.

This is a common desire with an uncommon result.  Real estate syndication for the masses is an evolving business with a short track record.  Pre-internet, pre-JOBS Act, sponsors primarily raised capital from institutional sources, family trusts, and business owners in large chunks...and those sponsors either no longer need capital or already have an over-subscribed investor database.
