Best books for multifamily REI
My wife and i are thinking it would be better to BRRRR multifamily properties, but i don't see any in the book section on biggerpockets. So we are reaching out for some helpful suggestions. Thanks for any helpful direction in advance.

@Randy Wiley I look for properties that are a minimum of 24 units, value add, unstable/poorly managed and I try and get them at 70% of market value or lower. I’ll go in with professional management and clean the bad tenants out, rehab the units that need it, and increase the curb appeal.
Instead of taking the cash out during the refi just put it towards the next buy for the down payment. That way both properties are tied together. Once you get the new property stabilized you can refi and “untie” the collateralization.
