Spooky, Strange and Terrifying Multifamily Stories

It's Halloween and I want to hear everyone's most terrifying, spooky and strange multifamily stories.

Mine's has to be the tenant, who told me she couldn't pay rent because there was a ghost living in her apartment! I had another apartment where there was an infestation of bedbugs and roaches caused by one of the tenants and that sure as hell was terrifying to me!

We just closed on a loan for a client, and during the process everything that could go wrong went wrong.

First thing we found a hidden indoor swimming pool that was covered by a wood platform in a very large rec room.

Then come to find out a little kid drowned in the pool, the local insurance agent comes out to take pictures of the house and he said he wouldn't enter the house because its haunted.  Push him for some more details and come to find out, it was his former bosses home and he was murdered in the house by his son. Crazy stuff, and the last carrot was seller owned the property free and clear had 200k in back taxes and sold off about 3 acres to a neighbor and never actually sold the land and just collected money from the people.  Took almost 5 months to clear this up, but we closed on it about 2 weeks ago.  Wildest transaction to date.  Its was a roller coaster ride during the entire thing, but my clients loved the house because it was a perfect fit for them.
