Atlanta MFH House hackers!

Hi BP!
I am a newbie in the Atlanta area and have been doing lots of research on how I would like to start my real estate journey. I have decided that house hacking would be my best avenue. Is anyone in the Atlanta, Georgia area house hacking at the moment. Particularly a MFH and used a FHA loan? I would love to get a chance to pick your brain and go over some questions regarding the loan process, being a landlord, mfh style etc.

Thanks!

I started with a FHA househack in a Triplex in College Park, GA. I can answer your questions. Please free to send me a message !
