Im am looking to have 200 units by the end of next year and would just like to have a conversation with someone who has experience in this field I'm not looking to 20 question or waste any of your day. I just want to start to build a network of people in this field. I have read some books about the topic and have a general understanding of everything. I have been doing single family now for about two years and have completed deals. Every book that I read says you should not do your first commercial deal without having someone who has already done it to kinda help along the way. So, I go find a property, I raise the money for the deal, I do the work and manage everything and in exchange for your guidance I will include you as an equity partner.

@Skyler Mckinney Va Beach is my hometown. Green Run class of 85.

The best thing to do is continue to educate yourself and start looking at deals. Read the OM and familiarize yourself with the numbers and language of the business.

There are a lot of directions you can go in commercial real estate and there are some big players in the Hampton Roads area. Get out there and network and learn all you can while looking for opportunities.
