Does anyone have experience with larger multi family properties (15 units or larger) in the Knoxville, TN market?  I am interested in learning more about the market, rental and job growth etc.

Not a MF investor yet, but I can speak to the demand for rentals. Anytime I list one of our homes for rent in Oak Ridge, I get bombarded and find a qualified tenant in 1-2 weeks.
