Columbus Ohio Commercial Loan Help
Hi All,
I found a nice opportunity that is a few more units then I anticipated and I need to switch from a residential loan (already pre-approved) and underwritten to a commercial loan. I'm not too concerned but I'd like to hear who you guys like for commercial leaning!

@Oliver Leonetti for a commercial loan I would consider using Jack Cooper at MSF Real Estate Capital. I went to OSU with him and he seems to be doing a great job. I'll pm you his specific contact information.
