1/1 apartment HVAC Replacement
I'm looking at a complex with some 1/1 units and they have old furnaces that will soon need replacing and all are using window units. Duct work is in place for the furnace. I was wondering if anyone else has had to replace their furnaces in 1/1 or similar size (700-1000sqft) and if there is a better heating solution that a full size furnace. I was looking at Mitsubishi systems that seem to be reliable and easy to install as I would like to get rid of the window units. Any advice or experience with the issue would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
