@Nathaniel Symonds

In summation...

Nathaniel: "I live in Colorado but want to invest outside of my market area."

Bigger Pockets: "No you don't"

Nathaniel: "I've thought about it and after weighing the pros and cons, I really do."

Bigger Pockets: "Nah uh"

Bigger Pockets: "Borrow money"

Bigger Pockets: "Finding capital is easier than taking a plane flight"

Bigger Pockets: "I wouldn't take a plane flight for less than a hundred units"

Bigger Pockets: "Our best advice is google."

Bigger Pockets: "Here's a realtor in your local area."

Nathaniel:

I think all of the advice you have received has merit, is well intended, and is worth your consideration.

Still almost died laughing at how one sided this thread is.

I'm sending you a message with attachments for all the market areas we considered before we landed on ours. After your careful reflection, if you are sure you want to go forward with this terrible mistake they will be available for your review.

Good luck!
