Property Tax In Las Vegas?
Hi! This is my first time posting. Complete newbie here :)
I'm interested in moving to / investing in Las Vegas, looking for a multi-family home. What is the most accurate tax rate I should use to estimate monthly property tax? I see different rates across different calculators, and recent blogs reporting 3.3% ?
