Multifamily to Disney Employees in Orlando

Orlando seems like a great place to buy a rental property then you look at the market and realize how saturated it is. I thought of taking a different angle to profit from this growing city: multifamily to Disney employees. The city and parks are growing like crazy and these employees need places to live for a year or two (besides presumably with mom and dad). Has anyone explored this angle or have a neighborhood they would specifically consider? I think a triplex to fourplex would be the best bet. Rents and house price seem fairly decent at the moment..

@Thomas Dunleavy This is definitely a valid idea. I know that because I live here and every time I drive out to Disney I see a new apartment building going up. I am not kidding I have seen 4 new developments around the attractions area over the last year. These developments appear to have 100's of units each. If you are looking to buy residential property to this end you would want to look in Kissimee/Poinciana as those areas are closest to Disney. If you have any other questions let me know.
