Greg, Thank you for your useful comment. Usually the brokers that specialized in retail shy away from a little guy that want to do a one or two acres development (at least in this market). They are too occupied with the power centers.

Are there experts in finding small retail (10 to 15 thousand sf) sites? Someone that really understand retail business and knows what make a center successful. A lot of commercial agents seem to be eager to find a place and sell it to you without much thoughts. I am in Dallas area. Thanks
