Average cost of renovating a c class appartment in the I.E?

Good evening B.P family. Can anyone investing in the I.E share what is the average cost of renovating an apartment in a c class neighborhood? Thank you

@Luis Escudero No idea what I.E. means but; carpet and flooring and painting generally costs us 2500-4000 in a B class 700 sq' one bdrm apt. A 2 bed 800 sq' will be 500-1000 more. Hope that helps.
