Loan for duplex's in Washington

Does anyone know of a good bank or lender for 3 duplex properties I just purchased on contract. I have a preliminary appraisal from the appraiser that I just refinanced my 4plex thru and they are all about a 75% purchase to appraised value. Thanks.

I looked in the Fannie Mae selling guide for any seasoning requirement and I couldn't find one. So I shot our underwriting support an email and they said, that if you are doing a rate and term refinance, there is no seasoning requirement. That means that 10 minutes after you are on title, you can do the rate and term refinance and use the appraised value.

Cash out is handled differently and is subject to a 6 month on title requirement.

So get to refinancing!!!
