Preferred number of bedrooms per unit
I am looking into buying a multi family property and for some reason I think that 2 bedroom units can be in higher demand since I am thinking they can re rented by single people, married couples and possibly couples with kids.
Wondering if I should target two bedroom units only and wondering what are everybody’s thoughts on this.

@Arta Montero In my apartment building I have 2 beds and 1 beds and the 2 beds are a little more popular. My duplexes are 3 bed 2 1/2 bath and that is very popular too. My conclusion is: priced right everything rents in a hurry.
