Very suspicious agent or am I just paranoid?
I looked at a 2 unit with my agent that was on the market for 98 days. My agent brought along someone with her and introduced him to me as another investor and her brother. I went to put an offer in on the property. She told me that there was a strong cash offer on the property now. Does that sound fishy to any one? Any thoughts?
