How are yal finding the apartment building unit mix?

What is the quickest way to gather information on apartment buildings like unit mix, how many one bedrooms, how many studios, how many have been renovated and when? I’ve been calling leasing offices. Sometimes I can find how many units are in the building online but never the count for each type. Any suggestions? Reonomy is great but too expensive for me and I don’t think it shows unit mix count, just total count
