Considering a Job with Marcus and Millichap

Has anyone here had any experience either working for or working with Marcus and Millichap? I'm considering a commercial sales opportunity with the company, and I just wanted to get an idea of what it is like to work for or with the company. Any feedback is appreciated.

I’m currently a commercial agent for Marcus and Millichap. I absolutely love it and the platform that they have. You’re going to make a lot of cold calls to generate business for yourself. But if you’re up for the challenge, it will be incredibly rewarding. Let me know if there is anything else you want to know.
