Getting Started With 40+ Units...

Hi,

I'm from the greater Seattle/Tacoma, WA area and I've been managing medium sized properties through multi-year renovations in the south end (Federal Way, Fife and Tacoma) for the past 6+ years.  At this point, I'm working on getting into my own investment properties in order to transition out of my current management role. After all, being interested in REI is why I got into property management in the first place.

What I'm currently working on is analyzing deals, getting the word out there and building key relationships outside of my existing network. Hopefully putting it out there like this will get things moving in the right direction here at BP.

Thanks everyone and looking forward to your ideas, feedback and new opportunities. Also, I'm interested in meet-ups in this area if you know of one or want to get one started.

I haven't seen too much content yet along the lines I'm pursuing, but starting with 40+ units seems to be a smart way to go...
