biggerpockets.com/books has a good selection to get started. I started with Rich Dad and Dave Ramsey money makeover (I needed to get out of debt). Brandon Turner's book on property management is great for landlords. As far as leadership, I enjoyed Extreme Ownership by Jocko Willink and Rework for business. Check the library before you buy, it will save you a ton!
