A question regarding two unit dwellings

There are several 2 unit dwellings in my city. Most are between 70 and 100 thousand. Has anyone found success, paying this much for two unit dwellings? I guess the ROI would determine if it is a good investment.

@Wave Taylor what do the numbers say. Real estate is all about numbers. Learn to use the calculators.  You can find success at all price points not just $70000 to $100000.
