Where is the best place to obtain secure funding to use as a down payment on a multi unit investment deal?

The three of us have found a great deal in our market and are looking to move on it collectively. We have great credit and dti but lack cash on hand as a down payment, which would be right under 300k.

Thanks in advance

@Ryan Grigsby

  • Bring in an equity partner,
  • See if the owner will hold the DP as seller-financing (just be sure your numbers still work). This is more risky as you're basically looking to do 100% financing.

How many units is this?
