@Jaysen Medhurstassuming the numbers make sense, and that I dont know anyone personally with the kind of cash we need, are there resources out there that will loan us the money that can be used for the down payment?   I currently own one multi family but used va financing so I’m still learning the ropes on conventioanl lending.  Any guidance is appreciated

@Chris Mason I can’t say you’re wrong in your guidance, but finding individuals in my line of work that are passionate and that I trust are few and far between.  And that doesn’t make it right among the fraternization guidelines within the military, but it’s not enough to deter me from pursuing a good opportunity with good people. 

And yeah, army  😂 surprising I know. I actually went back after the post was approved to make sure I spelled it correctly   

@Jaysen Medhurst interesting take, I didn’t think about offering up equity. and it is 9 duplexes so 18 doors total.

Where is the best place to obtain secure funding to use as a down payment on a multi unit investment deal? 

The three of us have found a great deal in our market and are looking to move on it collectively. We have great credit and dti but lack cash on hand as a down payment, which would be right under 300k.
