Hi BP Fam. 

Have formed an investment partnership for a smaller commercial property? What would you recommend for individuals with cash flow goals for a 10 year hold with regards to setting up for success up front? I know a few people that would co-invest - and I'd like to explore best practices for management by a member, etc. Thanks in advance!
