Seeking Advice on Rental Property Analysis

Grant Olsen
Posted

Hi,

Longtime lurker and first time poster. I created a spreadsheet to evaluate my investments in rental properties (access Google Sheet here).  This community has been invaluable to me as I have purchased and rented out my most recent property and would greatly value any input/thoughts you have on my analysis and hope this spreadsheet is a helpful tool in your own analysis. Thanks!

@Bjorn Ahlblad I agree that would be concerning!  I should have been more clear: the inputs on this are not mine, they can be changed by anyone. I was looking for feedback on the spreadsheet itself as an analysis tool, as opposed to the merits of a particular investment. Hope that makes sense. Thanks!
