C Class Multi Family Finishes and Products

Curious as to what people are using for finishes and products in their C Class multi-families. IE flooring, cabinets, sinks, faucets, etc.  Please share and link to product if possible. Are you doing backsplashes, carpet or LVT, tile or LVT in bathroom?  Could be a great resource for investors.  In the process of buying an 8 unit that needs updating.

@Cody DeLong

C Class for me means:

Flooring: Vinyl plank (usually Allen + Roth from Lowe's) everywhere. Never any carpets,

Cabinets: Plain Project Source cabinets and stain myself if I absolutely have to replace which is very rare. I usually paint/repair the existing ones.

Sinks: Whatever is cheap at Lowes and fits in the available space. No backsplashes.

Faucets: I go with something mid grade. The ultra cheap ones fall apart no matter what. Plus even in a C class unit just look like crap. I'll spend a little extra on a Delta or Moen, usually something on sale. Don't go crazy.

If you were scaling up to 1000+ units you'd probably have exact stock numbers and use the exact same products on all of this stuff every time but if only a handful of units it pays to shop for deals.
