Seattle and surrounding area Multi-Family

This may be somewhat unorthodox but in the interest of saving myself some time I’ll ask.

Is there someone (or a couple someone’s) that are actively involved in multi-family/apartment property investing that would be willing to give up some time and go through the nuts and bolts of this market with me? Happy to provide coffee or lunch :)

All the books I’ve read so far just don’t apply to areas like this it seems, unless you’ve got $500k to plop down. I have a full time career that keeps me fairly busy but I do have enough time to devote to starting something new. Just feels like I’m groping around the dark up here with the real estate world.

Thanks

~ Greg
