Has anyone invested with Invest5s in the past down in San Antonio?

Thanks for the reply Mark - much appreciated. Unfortunately I don’t have the time or breadth of knowledge (yet) to be able to do this out of state. I’m sure it would definitely yield higher returns, particularly compared to the Seattle-Tacoma market. 

Anyone have any insights or dealings with Travis Abbott and “Rentals 2 Retirement”? Also associated with Invest1properties. Good webinar last night but I’d like to hear if others have had and experiences with their operation.

P.S.  Not the same as “Rent to Retirement” - which was initially confusing to me. 

Hello all - I have a small MF property (first one) I purchased last year and went into the mortgage with 4.99%. Curious if anyone has any recs on lenders that could beat that or am I wasting my time searching?

Thank you for your input @John Barrett. I have actually gone to quite a few of the local meetups. Most of the ones haven’t been free I’m afraid though. There seems to be a common theme with most of them and that is there’s a lot of people that aren’t doing much or people that are waaay above my operating level. It’s been frustrating and ultimately not a great use of my available time so far.

Hence my reaching out on here. It’d be great to talk to people that are actively doing this and that have real time information about operating up here.
