Are prices set to start falling in MA

Been looking for my first deal for quite a while now inventory in MA is low right now and prices are what seem to be the highest point does anyone see them stalling or even falling in the next year or so I’m worried I’ll buy at the top of the market

The Boston and Worcester Economy is on Fire. Low rates. Limited Inventory.  Softening? Not a chance.
