apartment complex development plan ... emphasis on plan
Hello,
I have an older brother (i'm one of 11) that owns 147 acres (yes i said acres) of raw land down in Hancock, GA. Oddly he is building one single family house at a time and to make matters worse, he is spending his own money.YIKES! How crazy is that? I finally convinced him that building an apartment complex somewhere on it makes sense. I also let him know that he would have to partner up to make this happen. If there is a syndication expert reading this and interested in helping me help him please reach out to me at your earliest convenience. Thank you!
