Apartment Building Analysis + how to find the # of units?
How are other BP users finding the number of units on a given apartment building when doing due diligence? Are there any preferred references that are used for this and other pertinent property information?
Thanks in advance for any tips!

@Ryan Antista due diligence is done once you have the property under contract. At this point you should already know the number of units.
If you mean that you need to find that during the property search, you can contact the city as mentioned by @Jaysen Medhurst above or simply count the mailboxes in the lobby or where they are located.
