Multifamily Tools for Rent Comps

Hello,

What tools are you using to get objective rent and expense data? I know rent comps are an important part of the deal analysis. I also know that it is reasonable to expect sellers to have a bias when it comes to rent and expense comps. I was thinking of signing up for Rentometer. Please let me know if you have a better tool or system. Much appreciated.

@Edmund Amoye Zillow combines Trulia and Hotpads and Zillow and gives you great coverage, but you need to stay on top of rents in your area and be the expert if you are self managing. Know what near by buildings are going for.
