HOUSE HACK / FSBO looking for partners / also home church in CO

My family and I are looking at a FSBO home (the home is in Colorado) that would work as a house hack / rental / vacation rental, and also work for a ministry/house church. It was even mentioned in the description of the house that the large room would work for a "home church". The home owners built the house with ministry in mind, and we have been praying with them to see if we can figure something out. We are looking for those that may be interested in partnering with us in the purchase of the home. So some financial details are in order. Do you have a down payment? How much is the purchase price? Are the sellers willing/able to do an owner carry? What is your background? Have you done rentals / vacation rentals ministry/house church? What kind of "Partner" are you looking for?
